Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes, once you have placed your order with us, we will send you an order confirmation by email.

How long is the delivery time?

Unless another deadline is specified in the article description, goods will be delivered in Austria within 1-3 days, and for international deliveries within 3-7 days after order confirmation (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Generally not, but if you inquire about your package with us, we will gladly provide information about the order status.

Which countries can I order from?

We primarily deliver to the DACH region. If you are from another region, please send us an email and we will take care of it.

Can I return ordered items?

Of course, you have the option to return the products you ordered to us. You have 14 days to cancel the purchase.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

For orders of €100 or more, shipping is free throughout Austria, to Germany, and within the EU.

For orders under €100, shipping costs are...

€8 within Austria.

€10 to Germany.

€15 within the European Union.

Shipping costs to Switzerland are €19.95.**

Is return shipping free?

In the event of a cancellation, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, with consideration for our environment.

With this, we aim to raise awareness of delivery routes and thus minimize return routes as much as possible. In addition, we save an enormous amount of paper, as it produces unnecessary waste when not used.

What's the best way to clean my pearls?

After wearing, clean the jewelry of cosmetic and sweat residue with a soft, damp cloth. You can also easily use our red silk pouch as a cleaning cloth for removal.

Who can use the products?

Our pearl jewelry is for everyone - regardless of age or gender.

Is the pearl jewelry waterproof?

Freshwater pearls can be worn in water, even saltwater doesn't harm them, but they may lose some of their luster with regular water contact.

How do I protect my pearls?

Cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, household cleaners, and hairspray can damage pearls or leave behind residues that are difficult to remove. Self-tanner can even destroy pearls. Pearl jewelry should always be put on only after applying makeup and styling hair (hairspray).
